Customs and duties on UK orders are covered by UME London, so the price you see at checkout is final.
We curate our collection from designers around the world, with dresses dispatched directly to you from the designer — most commonly from the USA.
Delivery timeframes
All timeframes below are estimates, calculated from the date of order and excluding weekends and public holidays.
- UK Standard — 5–9 business days
- UK Priority — 3–5 business days
- USA Standard — 3–7 business days
- Ireland & Europe Standard — 5–10 business days
- Rest of World Standard — 7–14 business days
Please treat these as guides rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During busy periods designer processing times may be longer, and delivery can be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays and weather — none of which are within our control. If you're ordering for a specific date, we'd always recommend allowing a little additional time.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Orders are sent using a tracked service, usually with DHL or Royal Mail, and may require a signature — so please provide an address where your parcel can be received.
Customs and duties
UK orders — All applicable customs duties and taxes are covered by UME London. There will be no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
US orders — Orders fulfilled and delivered within the United States are not subject to international import duties.
Ireland, Europe & Rest of World — Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees charged on delivery. For orders into Ireland and the EU these can be 20–30% of the order value and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note customs duty may not be refundable if you return an item. We recommend checking your local requirements before ordering.
