Delivery Timings:

As a global stockist, many of our dresses are carefully sourced from all over the world. See below for timeframes based on delivery destination and shipping option. Please note, public bank holidays are not considered 'business days'.

• UK & Ireland Standard Shipping - 7-14 business days.
• UK & Ireland Express Shipping - 4-7 business days.
• USA Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days.
• International Standard Shipping - 14-25 business days. 

Once your order has arrived at our UK warehouse and been dispatched, you will be kept informed via email with a unique tracking reference number. Please note, it can take several days (and up to 10 for standard shipping) for your order to arrive with us and be dispatched, depending on which international location your dress is coming from. Delivery in the UK & USA usually takes 2-3 working days from when the order is dispatched. Delivery to Europe and other international destinations can take up to 10 working days once dispatched.

All shipments are delivered by our UK-based logistics partner who may require a signature to deliver your parcel. Please ensure to provide an accurate delivery address where your shipment can be received and signed for during business hours.
