How long does delivery take?
As Global stockists, many of our dresses come from around the world. We therefore aim to deliver orders placed in the UK within 2-3 weeks of purchase and those outside of the UK, within 4-5 weeks of purchase. Typically, it is sooner rather than later.
Orders placed in the US are likely to be delivered within 1 week, unless the item is from the UME Mix & Match collection.
Please note that due to the continuing disruptions to global shipping, some items may be delayed. We do our best to ensure that your dresses make their way to you as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience a delay may cause. We always aim to contact customers to notify you of any delays with your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We completely understand that it's difficult to order a dress without trying it on, or without a refund or exchange option. This is something we are looking to change but at the moment, as a small business our suppliers don’t offer us the same privilege. However, please be assured that all garments are made with quality, fit and comfort at the forefront of the process and are individually checked before being dispatched.
For complete peace of mind and as some items are sourced globally, we strongly advise you to check the measurements against the size chart before placing an order. The measurements are accurate according the individual items and we are confident that this will ease any concerns around sizing.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us with proof within 3 days of delivery and we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

How can I be sure to order the correct size?
As some items on our website are sourced globally, we recommend that you refer to the size chart and check your measurements against this before placing an order.
If you are ordering from the UME London exclusive Mix & Match collection, we may be able to offer bespoke tailoring requests.

Do you restock items that are sold out?
Where an item is currently sold out but is still listed on our website, it is likely to be restocked.
All our stock is updated reguarly so please keep a look out on our website for details of when the item will be available again.
Why is my item no longer available?
As a global stockist operating a made to order production process, there may be rare occasions where you have ordered an item that is no longer available.
As our suppliers operate on different time zones, there are very rare ocassions when there may be a delay between the order being placed and the stock levels updating.
We appreciate this can be frustrating and we endeavour to keep you informed and provide details of when stock will be available again if this happens. In the event these timescales do not meet your requirements, you will be given a full refund.
We operate a made to order process as one of the many ways we are reducing our carbon footprint. As well as being exclusively online, it means we can cut down on our transport needs and minimise excess stock levels.

Do you offer tailoring or bespoke services?
We currently only offer alterations on the UME London exclusive Aurora Mix & Match collection.
All other dresses on our website are sourced globally and therefore, we do not offer a bespoke service for these items.
To make a special alteration request on the Aurora collection, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you send colour or fabric swatches?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send swatches. However, there may be instances where we can share additional images or videos to help you get a better feel for the item.
