How long does delivery take?
As we are Global stockists, many of our dresses arive from around the world. We therefore aim to deliver orders placed in the UK within 3 weeks of purchase and those outside of the UK within 5 weeks of purchase.
Please note due to the current disruptions to global shipping, items may be delayed. We are doing everything that we can to ensure that your dresses make their way to you as quickly as we can. We apologise and will contact you as soon as possible for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please be assured, all garments are made with quality, fit and comfort at the forefront of the process and are personally checked before being packaged.
In the unlikely case an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us with proof, within 3 days of delivery and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.
