How long does delivery take?
As a global stockist, many of our dresses are carefully sourced from all over the world. See below for timeframes based on delivery destination and shipping option.
- UK & Ireland Standard Shipping - 7-14 business days.
- UK & Ireland Express Shipping - 4-7 business days.
- USA Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days.
- International Standard Shipping - 14-25 business days.

Can I return or exchange my order?
UK & EU - we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, excluding Flash Sale items and the made-to-order Aurora Mix & Match collection. Exchanges are free and a 25% restocking fee is applied for refunds. You can view the full terms here.
Outside of the UK & EU - we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges outside of the UK and EU due to logistical reasons, meaning all sales are final. This is something we are working to change in future.

How can I be sure to order the correct size?
For complete peace of mind and as some items are sourced globally, we strongly advise you to check the measurements against the size chart before placing an order and select your size according this only (as opposed to your usual local size). The measurements are accurate according to the individual items and we are confident that this will ease any concerns around sizing.
If you are ordering from the UME London exclusive Mix & Match collection, we may be able to offer bespoke tailoring requests.

Do you restock items that are sold out?
Where an item is currently sold out but is still listed on our website, it is likely to be restocked. All our stock is updated reguarly so please keep a look out on our website for details of when the item will be available again..
Why is my item no longer available?
As a global stockist operating a made to order production process, there may be rare occasions where you have ordered an item that is no longer available.
As our suppliers operate on different time zones, there are very rare ocassions when there may be a delay between the order being placed and the stock levels updating.
We appreciate this can be frustrating and we endeavour to keep you informed and provide details of when stock will be available again if this happens. In the event these timescales do not meet your requirements, you will be given a full refund.
We operate a made to order process as one of the many ways we are reducing our carbon footprint. As well as being exclusively online, it means we can cut down on our transport needs and minimise excess stock levels.

Can you send colour or fabric swatches?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send swatches. However, there may be instances where we can share additional images or videos to help you get a better feel for the item. Please Contact us for more information.
